When you call, please have this information at hand:
- Type of Tool. (e.g. Scroll Saw, RouterShop).
- The Model of your Hawk Tool. (e.g. G426, 220VS, JA96).
- Tool Serial Number (can be found on Serial Number Plate on Tool).
- Details of the operational problem you are experiencing.

Shipping Damage:
We are very careful to package and ship your new Hawk Tool to you. Although this happens rarely, packages will sometimes receive damage during shipping. After inspecting your delivery and you suspect shipping damage, please call Mark on the numbers above for help rectifying your problem.
