Orders usually take 7-10 days to reach you from the time of ordering. Most tools are shipped via UPS, except larger machines which are shipped via common carrier. We can give you a tracking number for UPS deliveries if you call or email and let us know you would like one.

You can also contact Customer Service at any time to check the status of an order, enquire about back-ordered items, or any missing items from your shipment.
